I had a delicious turkey sandwich! My coffee was way too heavy on the brown sugar syrup, even with an extra espresso shot.
Really nice space, would visit again!
Let me set the scene for you: It’s a rainy Saturday morning just after 10 am. I enter Kiln to Table and get in line while trying to decide what to eat. There is an older gentleman sitting eating ice cream for breakfast. An employee walks over to him and says hi to him by name. It’s a precious moment. They joke about the ice cream for breakfast and the employee sits down to ask him how he’s doing. We are up next in line and decide to go with the current specials. pesto, mozzarella and tomato frittata, Cinnamon Toast Crunch French toast and a matching Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte. The employee at the register is so sweet and even compliments my engagement ring. She then congratulates us on our engagement. We take our table number and find a seat. Our food arrives just as Norah Jones starts to play. The vibes are immaculate! 10/10 experience for our first visit! I will be back and recommending Kiln To Table to everyone I know!
A gem 💎 in our small town! Kiln to Table has amazing food and service. The food is freshly prepared by skilled chefs. Its a must stop if you’re in the area. BEST REUBEN EVER!
I grew up in Waynesburg and always thought one thing that was missing was a sense of community, which is something this place really delivers! I came back to visit, and the staff was greeting customers by name. We ordered some of the specials of the day—apricot cheesecake French toast and the tomato mozzarella and fresh basil frittata, and it was so delicious!! The staff was so polite, the outdoor seating is a vibe, and the food came out quickly. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Reuben is delicious with house made thousand island dressing and chips on the side. Cozy dining inside and outside. Does have a kids menu of about 4 items but no booster or high chair options. Lots of dessert options to go and in the case. Overall will go back.
Stopped by Waynesburg for the quick day trip. Found a few college students that recommended this place in town. It is placed on what would seem like a residential street. It is a cute little building with off street parking and a few picnic tables. The inside is a cute little Cafe. My friend had the Reuban sandwich and I chose the turkey bacon jam sandwich. The batista was kind enough to suggest I try some blackberry syrup in my jasmine green ice tea. And she was not wrong. It was delish! The food was amazing. I would never have thought to put strawberry jam on a turkey bacon havariti cheese sandwich. But it worked!! The sandwiches came with homemade chips. They were thin and crispy. The ranch dressing is homemade and probably one of the best i have ever had. I would definitely recommand this place to anyone visiting the college or the town.
You'll feel very comfortable here. The wait staff is very friendly. My food arrived at a very short time. I had the frittata with greens. It was delicious.
Nice place to stop while in the Waynesburg area. Very small, intimate place in a residential neighborhood. We got the meatloaf burger and Ruben. The Ruben had shredded corned beef rather than sliced. All was awesome and nice size portions.
